1992 Scientific assistant at the Fraunhofer Institut für Arbeitswissenschaften; project work on working environment analysis at Airbus Germany.
1993 Scientific assistant at the Centro di Bioingegneria, Politecnico di Milano, Italy; project work on software evaluation for three-dimensional motion analysis to be used for medical applications.
1993 - 1995 Scientific Assistant at the Institut für Strahlwerkzeuge IFSW of the Universität Stuttgart. Diploma in the field of high-speed welding with solid-state lasers (Pulser-Sustainer-method).

Jürgen Hruschka specializes in obtaining, enforcing and defending protective rights in the fields of mechanical engineering, mechanical science, automotive technology, laser technology and lasers in material processing, aviation and aerospace engineering and biomedical technology.
